5 Year / 50,000 Mile Warranty – Parts & Labor

At Quality Plus Automotive Service, we believe in doing the job right the first time. That’s why we stand behind our repairs
with one of the strongest warranties in the industry.

Warranty Coverage

5 Years or 50,000 Miles (whichever comes first) on qualifying repairs. This warranty covers both parts and labor
for repairs performed at Quality Plus Automotive using parts we supply.

What’s Covered

This warranty applies to mechanical and electrical repairs, including but not limited to:

• Engine repairs
• Transmission repairs
• Drive axle repairs
• Steering and suspension repairs
• HVAC repairs
• Electrical and electronic system repairs

Items Covered Under Separate Warranty Terms:

• Brake pads, rotors, shoes, and drums: 24 months / 24,000 miles
• Batteries: Manufacturer warranty (typically 18–24 months)
• Tires: Manufacturer warranty
• Fluids, filters, belts, clutches: No extended coverage
• Used parts: 12 months / 12,000 miles

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, racing, or vehicle modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Consequential costs (towing, rental vehicles, loss of income, loss of use)
• Repairs performed by another facility without prior authorization

Customer Responsibilities

To keep your warranty valid:

• Maintain your vehicle according to the recommended service schedule
• Keep maintenance records and receipts
• Return to Quality Plus Automotive for warranty service whenever possible
