Customer Message - Stay-At-Home Order

Automotive Repair is Considered an Essential Business.

Dear Customers,

As you're probably aware, Wake County issued a stay-at-home order effective 5 p.m. Friday, March 27, 2020 and the State followed suit effective 5 p.m. Monday, March 30. What does that mean for us? According to the exemptions of the order, automotive repair is considered an essential business which means we will remain open for business until further notice.

An essential business, as described by Section 2. COVID-19 Essential Businesses and Operations, is a business that is necessary to the infrastructure of the State and nation, and to the day-to-day life of North Carolinians. These businesses include gas stations and businesses needed for transportation including: Gas stations and auto supply sales, tire, auto repair, roadside assistance and towing services, farm equipment, construction equipment, boat repair, bicycle shops, and related businesses.

In times like this, we need our vehicles to be reliable more than ever to get to the doctor, pharmacy, grocery store, work if necessary, and to check-in on loved ones. We will continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 and maintain our social distancing services to ensure the health and safety of our customers and team members during this time.
