At Quality Plus Automotive Service, the safety of our customers and staff is one of our number one priorities. Facing the current crisis caused by Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want our customers to know that we are still here for you and your vehicle, and will continue to be. In times like this, we need our vehicles to be more reliable than ever so that we are able to get to the doctor, pharmacy, grocery store, and check-in on loved ones.

We are doing our part to assist in preventing the spread of virus by implementing a social distancing plan of action to provide a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.

During this time, customers are still able to take care of the maintenance on their vehicle without having to come in contact with any of our staff should they choose not to.

NO CONTACT PICKUP AND DROP OFF
If you are unable to come in, prefer to stay home, or don't want to enter the shop, we have options for you...

Drop Off: Use the night drop box to leave your vehicle for service. Simply call to let us know you have dropped off your vehicle and left your keys in the drop box and we will handle the rest.

Pickup: Use our new locker system to pickup your keys. Call to let us know you'd like to pickup your vehicle using the lockers and we will instruct you on how to access your keys.

COMPLIMENTARY VEHICLE PICKUP AND DROP OFF SERVICE
If you live within a 10-mile radius of our shop locations, call us and we will coordinate a time for the pickup of your vehicle for service, and will drop it off when it's finished. Should you need a loaner vehicle while we have yours, please let us know to make arrangements.

The health and safety of our customers and staff, along with the cleanliness of our shops is always our number one priority. We are exceeding our standards during this time to keep a safe environment for all parties.

» We have educated all staff members that all doorknobs, surfaces, and equipment are frequently sanitized and disinfected.

» All Technician's and staff that encounter your vehicle have been advised to wear gloves and wipe down and surfaces that have been touched.

» Vehicles will be disinfected before and after service to protect customers and team members

» We advise that any staff who are feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms, stay home. That also goes for customers. if you aren't feeling well, please contact us
and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
